Order Acceptance Policy

After placing your order with SimpleHats.ca you will receive an order confirmation, which does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. All item availability and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. SimpleHats.ca reserves the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason. SimpleHats.ca reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. All orders placed will be thoroughly researched before shipping, in accordance with the policies set by our Fraud Avoidance and Customer Protection Departments. SimpleHats.ca may require additional information and/or verification before accepting and processing any order.

It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, provincial, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, use, distribution and sale of any item purchased from SimpleHats.ca

 

Prices

All prices shown on SimpleHats.ca are in Canadian Dollars and do not include the applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. The prices do not include shipping and handling nor any other services such as insurance. Price charged for an order will be the price at the time when the order is placed.

All product availability, prices, specifications and website features are subject to change at any time, without notice.  The availability of any product or service on the SimpleHats.ca web site at a particular time at a given price does not imply or warrant that this product or service will be available at any given time at the same price. Certain item weights, measurements and similar feature descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. At SimpleHats.ca, we make our best effort to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will vary depending on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.

 

Return Policy

There are NO returns.

 

Shipping Policy and Limitations

After an order is placed, it will not be shipped until it is verified by our Order Processing team. While we make every effort to complete this process within 24 hours of receipt of an order, SimpleHats.ca does not provide any guarantee as to when an order will ship.

When the verification process is complete, the order will be shipped to the address provided by the purchaser as long as that address complies with SimpleHats.ca’s shipping restrictions. All purchases made from our website are pursuant to a shipment contract, and as a result, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from SimpleHats.ca passes to you upon delivery of those items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be picked up from our office or warehouse locations. All orders will be shipped directly to the address provided by the purchaser. At this time, SimpleHats.ca will only ship to destinations within Canada.
